How the Training Is Structured


Phase 1: Public Space Scenarios

Participants work through realistic parking lot and sidewalk scenarios that increase in complexity. Emphasis is placed on early detection, positioning, and safe movement under pressure.

Phase 2: Home Security and Response Planning

Instruction includes structured home security evaluation, strengthening access points, and clear response planning if barriers fail.

Phase 3: Coordinated Adult Response

When two adults are present, participants learn to assign roles, coordinate movement, and protect children in crowded or chaotic environments using protective positioning strategies.
